Ferdinand Takes Flight

Ferdinand was flying home from Billy's Big Party when he had kind of an alarming experience. He was whistling along free as a bird when suddenly a big stupid branch sprang up and smacked him right across the forehead.

Stupid trees! thought Ferdinand. He felt like they were often in his way. Especially after he had been out drinking. Trees were always jumping into his path.

What made this worse was that it was already light out and someone had seen. It was Sammy Jay and he could hear Sammy Jay laughing at him. He thought Sammy had probably snapped a picture of him with his cellphone. Soon there would be an image of him on Sammy's page.

Ferdinand wasn't looking forward to the comments. Stupid Facebook. Every time he had any kind of mishap or something embarrassing happened to Ferdinand it showed up on someone's page.

That time he had inadvertently put his pants on backwards after the Xmas office party and that ONE time he had sung karaoke it had almost immediately shown up. There just seemed to be no escaping it. Ferdinand couldn't think of any way to stop it.

Just thinking about it made him tense. He needed a drink.

This is just filler. And so is this.
